Iliana will be in the office today from 9:00 am - 1:00 PM.
We are pleased to introduce Carlos Delgado, our newest Maintenance Technician who is joining us today. To ensure a smooth and effective start, our primary focus for today will be dedicated to his acclimation to our community. We will be working closely with him to provide a comprehensive introduction to the property layout, key personnel, and safety protocols.
Specifically, the immediate plan is to familiarize him with our standard routine tasks and established procedures. This initial phase is crucial for him to understand the unique operational flow of our community.
He will begin taking on standard work orders and scheduled projects later this week once this foundational training is complete.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we integrate our new team member. We look forward to the enhanced support he will bring to the community.
🎄 Holiday Decorations are Up! The Prom Board has been hard at work spreading holiday cheer throughout the community! We've been busy hanging lights, placing festive ornaments in trees, and adding other decorations across the neighborhood.
We're happy to report that the main community areas are now completely decorated and sparkling! The only remaining item is the gazebo area , which we plan to complete very soon.
We sincerely hope all our residents enjoy seeing the decorations throughout the community this holiday season and that they add just a little glimmer of joy this holiday season.
🚨 Have you seen who the latest Resident of the Week is? Prepare yourselves, because the title (and bragging rights) currently belongs to Quimby resident..... Yvonne Dwyer!

🐾 Pawsitively Adorable: Introducing Our December Pet of the Month!Get ready to melt, Promenade residents, because we are absolutely thrilled to reveal our December Promenade Pet of the Month! That designation goes to Yoda!
Yoda is a super sweet, handsome gentleman who lives with his loving family on Grady. Keep an eye out for this charming fellow, and if you see Yoda out walking with his Dad, Alex, be sure to give them a friendly wave (or a pat on the head!).
With Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday shopping season in full swing, we would like to ask everyone to utilize the recycling station across the street on Riverdale to discard all of your boxes and cardboard packaging. It only takes a few minutes to drive over there, and that short time spent can save all of us a lot of money by reducing the frequency of compactor pick ups required here in the Promenade. The recycling “dumps” are significantly less costly. We appreciate your compliance with this request.
The board has approved a specific type of garage door keypad security camera that can be installed on all Promenade units. The myQ Smart Garage Door Video Keypad with wide-angle camera is the approved product. This specific unit replaces the existing garage door opener keypad and fits within the same footprint. It is available from Amazon, Best Buy, WalMart, etc. Homeowners may purchase and install the unit if they so choose. You can check online for compatibility to your existing garage door opener make/model prior to purchasing. NOTE: This is the only security camera approved for mounting on the outside of units in the Promenade at this time.
Join in the fun with your neighbors on the new community wide Facebook Page that is for residents of Bella Trae! You can find it at this link. There’s contests, prizes and no drama!
The Community Bike station is available to all residents and their visitors! Want to go for a spin? All you have to do is fill out and turn in the required waiver. Flatten or break down ALL boxes before throwing them in the compactor!

Yvonne Dwyer
How long have you lived in the Promenade? My husband, Tony, and I have owned our home on Quimby Circle since 2012.
As a seasonal resident, where is your primary home? Our primary home is in York, England, UK, but we spend most of our winter times in our Florida home, enjoying the friendly folks and great facilities of Bella Trae.
What do you enjoy most about the Central Florida area? We love Central Florida for its winter climate, great variety of golf courses, fabulous beaches, nature and activities.
What do you dislike about Central Florida? Traffic in Central Florida can be a pain, but the destination is usually worth the effort.
What’s your favorite spot to visiting the area? Our favourite spot to visit, if it’s not a golf course, is Circle B Bar nature reserve in Lakeland or Melbourne Beach.
Yoda
December's Pet of the Month, Yoda, isn't just a handsome gentleman from Grady; he's a true neighborhood icon! At 8 years young, Yoda has already achieved what many dogs only dream of: he is a former Small Dog Pie-Eating Contest Champion! Yes, you read that right. He once conquered a canine culinary challenge with speed and style, cementing his legacy as a fierce (and hungry) competitor.
Now, though, Yoda prefers the slower pace of celebrity life. While he's certainly full of character and always up for fun, his main occupation these days is professional sleeping. He is a master of the nap, capable of logging impressive hours of blissful rest.
But when he does rise, it’s for two very important reasons: his absolutely favorite dog cookies, and his sacred, routine walks through Bella Trae. These outings are his time to explore, greet his fans (you!), and remind everyone that despite his sleepy demeanor, he’s still a charming, sweet, and decorated champion enjoying his best life in the Promenade.
Keep an eye out for this charismatic, cookie-loving champion on his next stroll!
Promenade Board Meeting 11/19/2025
Hello Promenade Residents.
The Promenade Board is excited to announce the kickoff of the Promenade Community Bike Program. All Promenade residents, their family and friends will have the opportunity to utilize the community bikes from the bike rack conveniently located by the mail kiosk. And the best part......it's FREE!!! Wanna go for a ride? Here's how the program works:
1. Request and complete the REQUIRED waiver form from your community CAM; Iliana Ruiz. You may request a form via email, or physical copies are available in her office at the Bella Trae Clubhouse during operating hours. A waiver form is also attached to this email.
Note: Your signature on the waiver covers your family and your guests.
2. Once the form is completed, signed and returned to Iliana, you will be given the access code to the bike locks. Simply unlock the bikes and go!
3. Upon the completion of your ride, return the bikes to the community bike rack and lock them back up for the next group to enjoy.
Want to ride the bikes to Publix or to one of the local restaurants? No problem! Take the bike lock with you so you can secure the bikes off property.
We hope you enjoy this new and exciting amenity!
