  • Both Oscar and Iliana will be off enjoying their weekend.

  • With the turn of the calendar to a new month, we have a new “Pet of the Month.” I’ll give you a hint….she lives on Grady and she sure is a sweetie! Scroll down and see which furry friend we feature.

  • The budget and board meeting were held at the clubhouse on Thursday evening. Thanks to all who attended and participated in the budget and operational discussions. Promenade budget for 2026 was unanimously ratified resulting in a $9 per month decrease in assessment fees per unit. Additionally, $20 per month of the assessment fee will be posted to the reserves to insure future needs and projects are properly funded. The meeting YouTube video will be posted here on the website and on the Facebook page later today.

  • We are less than a week away from our final Dumpster Day of the year. Now is the time to dispose of the bulk items that are not authorized for dumping in our compactor. It is also a perfect time to clean out your garages, closets, cabinets, etc. and get rid of your “no longer wanted” items. There are a few exceptions; no mattresses, no paint and no hazardous materials/chemicals allowed.

  • We have lights!!! String lights have been installed around the gazebo garden. They are 100% solar powered; no electricity needed. Really adds a welcoming ambiance to the area.

  • Pressure washing of the community is now complete. The work is tedious and time consuming, but at last all sidewalks, driveways, walkways have been cleaned for the first time in years.

  • Welcome back to our “snow birds”! We are seeing many of our part-time residents return to the Promenade. It’s wonderful to see our “northern” neighbors out and about in the community again! And, thanks for bringing the cooler weather with you!

  • Our “Resident of the Week” is Sandy Hall. She moved to the Promenade 5 years ago from Michigan. Read more about Sandy in the feature below.

  • Reminder: All guest information needs to be loaded into the Gatehouse app and visitor passes will be required for entry to the community. If you have any vendors coming in to the community, please let them know that they need to stop at the kiosk and be given access to the community.

  • The board has approved a specific type of garage door keypad security camera that can be installed on all Promenade units. The myQ Smart Garage Door Video Keypad with wide-angle camera is the approved product. This specific unit replaces the existing garage door opener keypad and fits within the same footprint. It is available from Amazon, Best Buy, WalMart, etc. Homeowners may purchase and install the unit if they so choose. You can check online for compatibility to your existing garage door opener make/model prior to purchasing. NOTE: This is the only security camera approved for mounting on the outside of units in the Promenade at this time.

  • Join in the fun with your neighbors on the new community wide Facebook Page that is for residents of Bella Trae! You can find it at this link. There’s contests, prizes and no drama!

  • The Community Bike station is up and running! Want to go for a spin? All you have to do is fill out and turn in the required waiver. Once received, you will be given the code to the bike locks and you are ready to roll! Click this link to access a printable PDF copy of the Bike Waiver form. Or, you can pick up a printed copy from Iliana’s desk at the clubhouse.

  • Flatten or break down ALL boxes before throwing them in the compactor!

Pecan

Pumpkin

Pecan is 14 and we got him from a breeder in Louisiana. He is very undachshund-like! He doesn’t bark often, is very chill and just likes to snuggle with his Ma-Ma. He has the kindest little soul.

Pumpkin is 11 and we adopted her from a breeder after she was retiring from breeding and showing. She chose us for sure and has been the perfect fit. She is pure Dachshund and has us cracking up all the time. She also loves dresses and costumes.

Pumpkin and Pecan live with their family; The Mendoza’s, on Bella Cara.

Hello Promenade Residents.

The Promenade Board is excited to announce the kickoff of the Promenade Community Bike Program.  All Promenade residents, their family and friends will have the opportunity to utilize the community bikes from the bike rack conveniently located by the mail kiosk.  And the best part......it's FREE!!!  Wanna go for a ride?  Here's how the program works:

1.  Request and complete the REQUIRED waiver form from your community CAM; Iliana Ruiz.  You may request a form via email, or physical copies are available in her office at the Bella Trae Clubhouse during operating hours.  A waiver form is also attached to this email.

Note:  Your signature on the waiver covers your family and your guests.

2.  Once the form is completed, signed and returned to Iliana, you will be given the access code to the bike locks.  Simply unlock the bikes and go!

3.  Upon the completion of your ride, return the bikes to the community bike rack and lock them back up for the next group to enjoy.

Want to ride the bikes to Publix or to one of the local restaurants?  No problem!  Take the bike lock with you so you can secure the bikes off property.

We hope you enjoy this new and exciting amenity!
