Your First Service team will be working for the Promenade today. Carlos will be on site from 7:00 - 3:00 PM Iliana will be in the office from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
🚨 This week we have Two “Residents of the Week”. Fontera residents Maria and Tony Gough are featured this week.
Check out their answers to our questionnaire below to learn more about them.
🎄 Stop by to see the gazebo to see it transformed into a festive winter wonderland! The Christmas tree is up and will remain through the holiday for everyone to admire!
We sincerely hope all our residents enjoy seeing the decorations throughout the community and that they add just a little glimmer of joy this holiday season.
As a reminder, any items that may require maintenance attention around your home need to be submitted via work order in the First Service dashboard.
🏡 Your Community Needs You: Step Up for the 2026 Promenade Board!
We all chose the Promenade community because we saw its value—not just as a place to live, but as a place to invest our real estate dollars and build a future. Now, it's time to realize the full meaning of that investment by giving a small portion of your time! Our incredible community has been set up to run efficiently, but it needs owners like you to volunteer and guide its path for the next year by serving on the 2026 Board of Directors. Please, invest your time in your neighbors and this community's future—put your name in today! Deadline is Dec. 18th.
🐾 Pawsitively Adorable: Our December Pet of the Month is Yoda!Yoda is a super sweet, handsome gentleman who lives with his loving family on Grady. Keep an eye out for this charming fellow, and if you see Yoda out walking with his Dad, Alex, be sure to give them a friendly wave (or a pat on the head!).
With the holiday shopping season in full swing, we would like to ask everyone to utilize the recycling station across the street on Riverdale to discard all of your boxes and cardboard packaging. It only takes a few minutes to drive over there, and that short time spent can save all of us a lot of money by reducing the frequency of compactor pick ups required here in the Promenade. The recycling “dumps” are significantly less costly. We appreciate your compliance with this request.
The board has approved a specific type of garage door keypad security camera that can be installed on all Promenade units. The myQ Smart Garage Door Video Keypad with wide-angle camera is the approved product. This specific unit replaces the existing garage door opener keypad and fits within the same footprint. It is available from Amazon, Best Buy, WalMart, etc. Homeowners may purchase and install the unit if they so choose. You can check online for compatibility to your existing garage door opener make/model prior to purchasing. NOTE: This is the only security camera approved for mounting on the outside of units in the Promenade at this time.
Join in the fun with your neighbors on the new community wide Facebook Page that is for residents of Bella Trae! You can find it at this link. There’s contests, prizes and no drama!
The Community Bike station is available to all residents and their visitors! Want to go for a spin? All you have to do is fill out and turn in the required waiver. Once received, you will be given the code to the bike locks and you are ready to roll! Click this link to access a printable PDF copy of the Bike Waiver form. Or, you can pick up a printed copy from Iliana’s desk at the clubhouse.
Flatten or break down ALL boxes before throwing them in the compactor!

Maria and Tony Gough
How long have you lived in the Promenade? We have lived here for 5 years.
Where did you move to Central Florida from? We are full time residents from Long Island, NY. (New Hyde Park , Nassau Cty.)
What do you enjoy most about the Central Florida area? We love the weather; preferably fall and winter. The summers are brutal here, but it’s ok. We love that there are many things to see; hiking trails and springs (which we have not done yet).
What do you dislike about Central Florida? We dislike the overcrowding and the traffic and we wish the beach w2as closer to us.
What’s your favorite spot to visit in the area? We enjoy the Town of Celebration.
Yoda
December's Pet of the Month, Yoda, isn't just a handsome gentleman from Grady; he's a true neighborhood icon! At 8 years young, Yoda has already achieved what many dogs only dream of: he is a former Small Dog Pie-Eating Contest Champion! Yes, you read that right. He once conquered a canine culinary challenge with speed and style, cementing his legacy as a fierce (and hungry) competitor.
Now, though, Yoda prefers the slower pace of celebrity life. While he's certainly full of character and always up for fun, his main occupation these days is professional sleeping. He is a master of the nap, capable of logging impressive hours of blissful rest.
But when he does rise, it’s for two very important reasons: his absolutely favorite dog cookies, and his sacred, routine walks through Bella Trae. These outings are his time to explore, greet his fans (you!), and remind everyone that despite his sleepy demeanor, he’s still a charming, sweet, and decorated champion enjoying his best life in the Promenade.
Keep an eye out for this charismatic, cookie-loving champion on his next stroll!
Promenade Board Meeting 11/19/2025
Hello Promenade Residents.
The Promenade Board is excited to announce the kickoff of the Promenade Community Bike Program. All Promenade residents, their family and friends will have the opportunity to utilize the community bikes from the bike rack conveniently located by the mail kiosk. And the best part......it's FREE!!! Wanna go for a ride? Here's how the program works:
1. Request and complete the REQUIRED waiver form from your community CAM; Iliana Ruiz. You may request a form via email, or physical copies are available in her office at the Bella Trae Clubhouse during operating hours. A waiver form is also attached to this email.
Note: Your signature on the waiver covers your family and your guests.
2. Once the form is completed, signed and returned to Iliana, you will be given the access code to the bike locks. Simply unlock the bikes and go!
3. Upon the completion of your ride, return the bikes to the community bike rack and lock them back up for the next group to enjoy.
Want to ride the bikes to Publix or to one of the local restaurants? No problem! Take the bike lock with you so you can secure the bikes off property.
We hope you enjoy this new and exciting amenity!
