  • 🚨 Our “Promenade Residents of the Week” are Grady residents Steve and Theresa Tuzeneu. Learn more about them by reading their answers to our questionnaire in their feature below!

  • 🐾 Pawsitively Adorable: We've featured your pets for all of 2025, and now it's time to show off ours. Below are the "kids" of your 2025 board members!
  • Please utilize the recycling station across the street on Riverdale to discard all of your boxes and cardboard packaging. It only takes a few minutes to drive over there, and that short time spent can save all of us a lot of money by reducing the frequency of compactor pick ups required here in the Promenade. The recycling “dumps” are significantly less costly. We appreciate your compliance with this request.

  • The board has approved a specific type of garage door keypad security camera that can be installed on all Promenade units. The myQ Smart Garage Door Video Keypad with wide-angle camera is the approved product. This specific unit replaces the existing garage door opener keypad and fits within the same footprint. It is available from Amazon, Best Buy, WalMart, etc. Homeowners may purchase and install the unit if they so choose. You can check online for compatibility to your existing garage door opener make/model prior to purchasing. NOTE: This is the only security camera approved for mounting on the outside of units in the Promenade at this time.

  • Join in the fun with your neighbors on the new community wide Facebook Page that is for residents of Bella Trae! You can find it at this link. There’s contests, prizes and no drama!

  • The Community Bike station is available to all residents and their visitors! Want to go for a spin? All you have to do is fill out and turn in the required waiver. Once received, you will be given the code to the bike locks and you are ready to roll! Click this link to access a printable PDF copy of the Bike Waiver form. Or, you can pick up a printed copy from Iliana’s desk at the clubhouse.

Steve and Theresa Tuzeneu

How long have you lived in the Promenade? We bought here August 2020. We would drive past on our way to and from Champions Gate and thought “what a beautiful place to enjoy Central Florida.”

Where did you move to Central Florida from? Our primary residence is in Brick, New Jersey at the shore. We enjoy spending our winters here and already having a nice tan when we head back to NJ.

What do you enjoy most about the Central Florida area? We enjoy spending time with our youngest daughter who works at Disney and visiting the Disney parks, Disney Springs and Celebration. Theresa also has family in Jacksonville, the Panhandle and Port Saint Lucie. We also love being centrally located and close too lots of other places like Mount t Dora, Tampa/Clearwater and Port Canaveral.

What do you dislike about Central Florida? Like pretty much everyone, traffic is at the top of the list. Also, since we’ve bought here, there’s been plenty of growth in the area which adds to the congestion.,

What’s your favorite spot to visit in the area? We enjoy visiting the Disney Parks, searching for good pizza, subs and bagels, and sitting by the pool - especially when it’s snowing or freezing back in New Jersey.

RORY

Rory thinks he’s the Mayor of The Promenade. He’s 16 years old, but still acts like a puppy. Rory was dumped out of a moving car and left abandoned on the side of a road. He was rescued by Scott and now he is living his best life in Bella Trae.

You will often see Rory the Woo walking around Bella Trae or riding in his “Woober” pushed by Amy.

BO

Bo was found at just a few weeks old, stuck inside a car engine. He was rescued by Amy and Scott and has grown up to be a big kitty (mainly from too many snacks).

Bo loves watching Promenade life pass by as he looks out the window and soaks up the sun.

SOX

Sox is a 2 year old true “Bella Trae” cat. Rory found him living in a pallet of roofing tiles in the parking lot at Ventura. Amy and Scott rescued him and brought him him home to live with Bo.

He is happiest when running crazy through the house, catching sun on the lanai, tormenting his brother or playing with a toy on a stick.

BELLA AND BUSTER

Cute Havenese siblings Bella and Buster love walking around the Promenade and sniffing everything! They enjoy car rides, snacks, the Hallmark Channel and rolling around in the grass. Bella is 11 years old and Buster is 12.

Mom is Marybeth Parineo.

WAYLON AND WILLIE

Meet brothers Waylon and Willie who were adopted in 2018 when we went to buy litter and came home with two kittens that needed a new home. They are constantly in trouble because they try to open every door, sit in boxes and steal food off the counter and hide it around the house. They love spending their days on the lanai, no matter what the weather is like. They are dedicated to catching bugs and lizards, squirrel watching and are “watch cats” for the gazebo.

Mom is Sue Silver.

Hello Promenade Residents.

The Promenade Board is excited to announce the kickoff of the Promenade Community Bike Program.  All Promenade residents, their family and friends will have the opportunity to utilize the community bikes from the bike rack conveniently located by the mail kiosk.  And the best part......it's FREE!!!  Wanna go for a ride?  Here's how the program works:

1.  Request and complete the REQUIRED waiver form from your community CAM; Iliana Ruiz.  You may request a form via email, or physical copies are available in her office at the Bella Trae Clubhouse during operating hours.  A waiver form is also attached to this email.

Note:  Your signature on the waiver covers your family and your guests.

2.  Once the form is completed, signed and returned to Iliana, you will be given the access code to the bike locks.  Simply unlock the bikes and go!

3.  Upon the completion of your ride, return the bikes to the community bike rack and lock them back up for the next group to enjoy.

Want to ride the bikes to Publix or to one of the local restaurants?  No problem!  Take the bike lock with you so you can secure the bikes off property.

We hope you enjoy this new and exciting amenity!
